Presenting:
French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll HEAD ONLY originally made by Emile-Louis Jumeau circa 1876 to 1889 and marked Tete Jumeau in production for 13 years


This HEAD was painted in February of 2015 ... just gorgeous painting...

Poured in finest “Lady White” porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer.
The skin tone is very lovely and pale and with eye shadow

She wears deluxe earrings of Genuine Swarovski crystals.

This head features the very finest French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes by Hand Glass Craft of England in light blue color with fabulous threading.

This head comes with fine Australian mohair wig in Ash Blonde color with center part, spiral bangs and soft ringlets. These wigs are custom made for Emily Hart dolls.

Fits your own 16 to 17 inch French child body to be a finished 21 to 22 inch doll.
This costume is shown on the BL2365 French Bebe body.

Also included in this listing is the dress and bonnet shown. Completed on November 1st 2016, this costume was made by me, Emily Hart. I drafted out the pattern myself to fit this body. The fabric is pale blue pure silk Shantung (this has a tighter weave and less pronounced slub than Dupioni Silk).
I have used a combination of very fine Reproduction cotton French laces and Genuine Antique laces (collar and cascading front lace that is backed by pure silk satin ribbon in pink & the double lace ruffle in back of the skirt.
Both the dress and the bonnet are lined in the same pure silk fabric.
The bonnet brim is gathered and keeps it’s shape with a Milliner’s wire inserted into a slot in the brim.
Both the dress and bonnet bear my own label inside.
