Presenting: French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll.

One of the most distinctive models of French Antique dolls, this little charmer features a dainty look with fine features and pointy chin, originally made in the late 1800's, this face was unmarked and it is not known who the maker was.

This doll was painted in 2012, but not dressed or offered for sale until May of 2013 and changes made to her in August of 2013

Poured in white porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer

She features lovely pale skin tone and eye shadow.

This doll is exquisitely painted!

She wears earrings and matching necklace of Genuine Swarovski crystal beads, made to compliment this costume.

This head features very finest solid glass French paperweight eyes in blue/grey color by Hand Glass Craft of England

Very finest Australian mohair wig in natural platinum color with center part, bangs and soft curls. ( previously shown with a blonde wig, you may request any color wig I have in stock when you purchase this doll)

Extra fine Painting

The 13 inch French reproduction body is by Joyce’s compo bodies but has been re-painted by hand in Seeley’s latex body paint by Emily.

This fabulous Vintage satin dress and bonnet embellished with Genuine Antique laces come from Mary Lambeth, and feature her signature handmade ribbon flowers, however, Emily has added more Antique laces to make this an even more lavish and spectacular costume.

The undergarments consist of 100% cotton bloomers and half slip that Emily has added rayon lace to.

This doll stands 17 inches and 19.5 inches with bonnet on.
