Presenting: French Bébé Antique Reproduction doll, known as a Belton style doll marked with 807 this is from a very early Seeley mold that was very difficult to get…. I fell in love with this beauty from looking at an early Seeley Catalogue when I first started making dolls in 1990, but, alas, I could not buy the mold because it had already been discontinued by Seeley’s. Many years later I was able to buy it when Seeley brought a few older models back into production for a limited time.

I have been keeping this doll aside to make into a finished doll, but my health has not been allowing me to create as much as I wanted to for the past few years and now I am offering her without clothing as I have too many dolls to dress.

THIS IS AN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB DOLL, ONE OF MY VERY BEST EVER!

Poured in Lady White porcelain and with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between each layer
She features pale skin tone and with eye shadow.

She wears earrings and matching necklace of Genuine Swarovski Crystal beads.

This doll features very finest solid glass French paperweight eyes by Hand Glass Craft of England in light blue color.

Her wig is very high quality Mohair hand made by Wendy Feidt in Antique blonde color.

Finest Painting… this is a very fine doll.

The lovely body is French Antique reproduction composition by Jim Vickerman of Joyce’s compo bodies.

She comes undressed.

This doll stands 13.25 inches.
