Emily Hart Heirlooms Presenting:Reproduction of Extremely Rare French Bébé porcelain doll, originally made in France, circa 1890 by Alexandre Rabery & A. Delphieu marked R 3 D This is one of the cutest faces!!! I just want to pick her up and hug her, she is so adorable! This doll features: Poured in finest "Lady White" porcelain with many layers of China paint applied meticulously with up to 6 firings in between. Extra Fine painting done in 2013, signed and dated at the back of the head by Emily Hart Finest authentic Reproduction French Paperweight hand blown solid glass eyes in Olive color by HAND GLASS CRAFT OF ENGLAND She wears earrings of Genuine Swarovski Crystal Beads. Finest Australian mohair wig in Light Blonde color with center part, with allover curls. Wig designed by and custom made for Emily Hart. She is on a genuine reproduction composition French Bebe body by Jim Vickerman of Joyce’s Compo bodies of Oregon… absolutely superb body. The fabulous ONE OF A KIND Costume features pure silk satin fabric embellished with a myriad of fantastic Vintage metallic trims, little velvet balls, handmade flowers, Antique ribbon rosettes, feathers, and even tiny brass bells on the hat! The trousers, top, and hat are all lined in cotton fabric.Many hours of hand stitching went into this elaborate costume. The front medallion is completely hand made with the most wonderful metallic trims and embroidery. The back of the jacket, buttons up with genuine Antique brass buttons with flower motif. Edges of the Jester jacket are finished with a most delicate and rare pure silk Antique lace. The lovely shoes have turned up toes and are decorated to match the costume with Vintage “old store stock” fruits from Germany. She stands 20.5 inches and 23 inches to the top of the hat.
