It was over five years waiting to get any A. Marque costumes from Mary Lambeth… and I have been keeping this one stored away for a special doll. (I added some Antique laces to this costume). The Antique lace with blue is extremely rare.

This fabulous costume is a ONE OF A KIND, A. Marque reproduction of the type of garments the original dolls had… Most all of the original A. Marque antique dolls had long dresses and jackets.

This dress and bonnet are made from very fine Vintage raw Tussah silk lawn. The separate jacket is made from Vintage printed cotton and fully lined in the same silk as the dress. The very rare Antique metallic gold trims have tarnished with age, but are nonetheless exquisite. Vintage buttons adorn the front of the jacket. The modified costume is from Mary Lambeth.

Undergarments are bloomers and half slip in cotton by Mary Lambeth and with laces added by Emily.

The socks are hand-knitted silk/rayon and the shoes are the same Tussah silk as the dress.

She stands 18.5 inches tall excluding the bonnet. With the bonnet on, she is 22 inches tall.
