Emily Hart, Grandmaster of Dollmaking Presents from her PRIVATE COLLECTION a very fine doll.

Antique Reproduction doll marked JDK 257, originally made by J. D. Kestner.

Features are:

Poured in Lady White porcelain with many layers of China paint meticulously applied and firings in between.

Very fine painting

This doll has an open mouth with two porcelain teeth and porcelain wobble tongue. This tongue is on a spring and moves if the doll is moved.


She features a very fine Australian mohair with soft overall curls in lovely honey blonde color, these wigs are custom made for Emily Hart dolls.

Authentic Antique hollow blown glass eyes in unusual turquoise color German style exactly what the antique dolls would have had.

This doll is on an eighteen-inch fifteen-piece ball-jointed German Reproduction composition toddler body by Seeley’s.

I made her dress from the finest cotton Batiste available, Swiss Nelona Batiste, with Embroidered Swiss trims and the finest cotton French laces. This dress was a lot of work to make. The dress is embellished with a lovely Heart-shaped applique and a pure silk double-sided silk sash. The bodice is lined with same Batiste fabric. The dress bears Emily’s own woven label inside.

Her undergarments of bloomers and full petticoat that are 100% cotton batiste fabric and trimmed with cotton French laces and pure silk ribbon bows.

Petticoat has Emily’s own woven label sewn inside.

The socks are hand knitted silk/rayon and shoes are fancy German Reproduction shoes in finest genuine leather….

This doll stands 24 inches.
