U.S. $295.00.... Fabulous 16 inch "Honeybunch"... cloth body weighted... I sold the mold so this is the Last one...

Emily Hart, Grandmaster of Dollmaking, winner of over 50 International awards, Canada's Top Trophy and many Best of show Rosettes in International Competition. In 2023 entering into her 34th year in dollmaking.

Presenting: A “One of a kind” porcelain baby doll, entirely made by Emily Hart, including all porcelain parts & cloth body & clothing.

This little darling was painted in 1993, so she is a Vintage doll but has been completely refurbished with a new dress, with matching bloomers, cotton socks and new shoes.

This doll was made from the very popular “Honeybunch”, a Bell Ceramics mold.

Early in my career as a doll maker, I had a teaching studio and this was one of the most popular dolls with my students… we used to call these kind of dolls “bean bag Babies” as they were the first dolls to be “weighted” with plastic pellets as this doll is also weighted.

I am going through all my drawers and pulling out all the dolls that are partly made in an effort to finish them and offer them for sale.

She is poured in Seeley’s “Brown Velvet” porcelain with wonderful china painting in many layers with firings in between.

This sweet doll features the highest quality solid glass paperweight eyes in brown color. (sorry they don’t photograph well, but are very beautiful)

Her wig is acrylic.

Her body is strong 100% cotton muslin and filled with plastic baby pellets so she feels like a real baby when you hold her.

I decided to make her a special pure cotton lawn dress with matching bloomers and used a high quality Kanebo print fabric with Venice laces for trim.

The back of the dress is closed with snap fasteners.

She wears cotton socks and cute baby shoes.

She measures 16 inches

Please Note: I no longer have the mold to make more of this doll so this is the last one I will be able to offer.
